Ligety on winning GS globe: ‘I like my chances’

March 12th, 2010

It was back on Oct. 25 in Soelden, Austria that Ted Ligety charged down
the Rettenbach Glacier racing to a solid second-place result in the
first giant slalom of the season. Nearly five months later, the
25-year-old Park City skier will enter the start house in tomorrow’s
season-ending race, leading the discipline standings with his sights
clearly set on a second career title.
